Launched in 1999, Gucci Rush was the luxury fashion house’s second fragrance for women. Rush is classified as a sharp, oriental and woody fragrance. The composition of the fragrance is an exotic floral cocktail. The top notes are gardenia and freesia. The heart is made of jasmine, Turkish rose and coriander. The base notes are vanilla, patchouli and vetiver. The perfumer behind Gucci Rush is Michel Almairac. The bright red flacon in the shape of a cassette tape is very striking and modern.
